1. Data we collect
When you sign up for a PriceSleuth alert we collect your email address, the product and alert criteria you choose, the IP address and browser user agent at the time of consent, and a timestamp. If you create an account we additionally store your authentication identifier and any alert preferences you save.
2. How we use it
We use your email solely to send the alert emails you've requested and operational messages tied to your account (account confirmation, email changes, unsubscribe receipts). We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
3. Third parties
We rely on Supabase (database, authentication), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and our price-scraping providers (Firecrawl, Rainforest) to operate the service. Each receives only the minimum data required to do its job.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF, region preference). We do not run third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any alert email via the link in the email footer, manage your alerts from your account page, or request full deletion of your data by contacting us. Under GDPR you also have rights of access, rectification, and portability — exercise them via the contact address below.
