PriceSleuth is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track product prices. You agree not to scrape our pages, abuse the alert system, or use the service to violate any law.
3. Intellectual property
The PriceSleuth name, design, and code are owned by Apogee Web. Retailer brand names, logos, and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.
4. Disclaimers
Prices and availability shown on PriceSleuth are scraped from retailer sites and may be stale, incorrect, or out of stock at the moment of purchase. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Always verify the final price on the retailer site before buying. We may earn an affiliate commission on some links at no additional cost to you.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apogee Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Montréal, Québec.
